Greengo Energy develops 4GW, 8 billion EUR green Energy Park in Ringkøbing-Skjern municipality

GreenGo Energy cooperates with Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality to develop a green energy park based on 4GW of renewable hybrid solar and wind energy, which is fed directly to a new Energy Park, where the core will be 2GW electrolysis. The Energy Park will be established at the future Stovstrup 400kV substation east of Tarm in Ringkøbing-Skjern municipality.

Encavis reaches ready-to-build (RTB) status on the around 140 MW solar park in Brønderslev (North Jutland). It is the second successful project from the more than 500 MW strong strategic development partnership of solar projects with GreenGo Energy in Denmark. The generation of solar power in Denmark is particularly attractive to take advantage of higher prices for solar power during periods of low wind.

Glennmont Partners from Nuveen, one of the world’s largest renewable energy investment managers, has announced its entry into the US market through a joint venture agreement with leading solar developer GreenGo Energy US, Inc., a subsidiary of GreenGo Energy Group.

GreenGo Energy, one of Europe’s leading solar developers, has entered into a new GW-scale partnership agreement with a joint venture between Commerz Real and Hydro Rein, two significant institutions in the renewable energy industry. The parties target to execute a total portfolio of 1GWp+ from GreenGo Energy’s significant utility scale solar PV portfolio in Denmark, corresponding to an investment from the joint venture of more than 600 million EUR over the next 3-5 years.

GreenGo Energy is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Nordic Solar concerning execution of a portfolio of solar PV projects in Denmark. Under the partnership agreement, Nordic Solar will acquire the project portfolio, and provide financing through development and construction to commissioning (COD).

Stefan Degener, 58, joins GreenGo Energy’s management from September 1st as Vice President Business Development Europe, and Managing Director of GreenGo Energy Germany.
