GreenGo Energy and Shuangliang sign strategic MOU for Megaton green ammonia projects in MEA
Partnership combines GreenGo’s project-development capabilities with Shuangliang’s hydrogen equipment and engineering expertise to accelerate feasibility, FEED and industrial deployment in Mauritania and Namibia.
COPENHAGEN / CHINA – GreenGo Energy (“GreenGo”) and Jiangsu Shuangliang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co., Ltd. (“Shuangliang”), have signed a memorandum of cooperation to jointly advance large-scale green ammonia projects in Mauritania and Namibia.
The cooperation brings together GreenGo’s integrated renewable-energy and Power-to-X project development with Shuangliang’s smart green power-to-hydrogen systems, equipment manufacturing and engineering services. The parties will work to move the projects from concept design toward market-competitive, financeable feasibility studies and front-end engineering design (FEED).

Industrial partnership focused on execution
• Feasibility and bankability: Develop project concepts into market-competitive feasibility study solutions addressing technical and financing requirements.

• Core hydrogen systems: Evaluate and supply smart green power-to-hydrogen systems and related core equipment for the projects.
• Engineering services: Provide supporting engineering and technical services to help translate the project concepts into executable industrial solutions.
The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation on GreenGo’s Megaton-scale projects in Mauritania and Namibia. Project-specific scope, commercial terms and implementation arrangements will be developed as the individual projects progress.
